Scarborough, Britain’s first seaside resort, has been welcoming visitors for over 360 years and is still as popular as ever. It is a great place to stay for a holiday or short break, with the safe, sandy, accredited North Bay beach and South Bay beach being broken by rocky headland on which stands a reminder of the past, the historic Scarborough Castle. A popular Spa Town in the 17th-18th Century, it has flourished to become the resort that it is today, offering many attractions to suit all tastes.
